Language is memory. It is an integral part of the formation of identity and in the operations of daily life.

La Terra Propria is a collection of thoughts by Petri, a 50-year-old Finnish man, and my
father, on the importance of language after he had just moved to Italy. One day, during one of our conversations, he proposed that we would go Guerilla gardening. And so we met in the middle of the night, right before the first COVID-19 lockdown, and headed for the park near his apartment.
